Frequently asked questions

Why can't my registration be found?

Check the registration number and make sure it matches your CBT account exactly. If you registered more than once, choose the correct category from the dropdown after searching.

Do I need my password to review results?

Yes. Results are tied to your CBT account, so you must confirm your password before your submissions are shown. This protects your answers and score from anyone who only knows your registration number.

Why are some results missing?

Only submissions that belong to the exact registration you loaded are shown. If you practiced under a different category or course, log in to that registration and review there.

Can I download or share my results?

You can read and compare your answers with the correct ones in the review panel. Screenshots are the recommended way to keep a record; the page does not provide a download button.

What do the green and red labels mean?

Green marks the correct answer and, if you got it right, your own answer. Red marks the answer you chose when it was wrong. The explanation panel below each question tells you why the correct answer is right.

Why is the review panel scrollable?

The panel is capped at a fixed height so that a long result does not push the rest of the page far down. Scroll inside the panel to move through questions and answers.
