Frequently asked questions

How is my rank calculated?

Your rank compares your average percentage across all your submitted CBT attempts to every other student who has submitted at least one result on the platform. More attempts can move your average up or down, depending on how you perform.

Why can't my registration be found?

Only students who have submitted at least one CBT practice result appear in the ranking. If you haven't submitted a result yet, submit one first from CBT practice, then check again.

What is the reward eligibility check?

Separately from the ranking, admins review students who practice seriously on the platform and approve some for a small reward. You sign in with your practice account to see if you've been approved, and if so, submit your reward details (airtime or data).

Is my password safe?

Your password is sent directly to Firebase Authentication and is never stored on this page. Only the resulting authenticated session is used to check eligibility and submit the reward.

How long does a reward take to arrive?

After submission, the admin team processes the request. You can follow its status using the Track reward button on this page. Typical turnaround varies and is shown against each request.

Can I submit more than one reward?

Each approved student can submit one reward request per approval. If your request is rejected for any reason, contact support for details before submitting again.
